What this service is

Entre Escolhas helps owners and buyers choose the right estate agency or consultant to sell, buy or rent. We receive your request, analyse it and present you with a reasoned recommendation.

Entre Escolhas is not an estate agency. We do not list, advertise, sell or rent properties, we do not represent either side in a transaction and we take no part in the negotiation. What we provide is advice.

How it works

• You fill in the site's form with what you want and the property details.
• You receive a confirmation email with a copy of your answers.
• We review the case and get in touch within two working days of submission.
• We present the recommendation. The decision to go ahead, or not, is entirely yours.

The recommendation commits you to nothing. If you do not want to go ahead, you do not.

Sharing your data with the recommended agency

Your data is only sent to the recommended agency or consultant after you confirm to us that you want to go ahead, and only the data you choose to share. The Privacy Policy explains this in detail.

The data you give us

By filling in the form, you undertake that the information is true and up to date, and that you are entitled to provide it — in particular if the property or the contact details belong to someone else.

What we do not guarantee

The recommendation is a reasoned opinion, not a guarantee of outcome. Specifically:

• We do not guarantee that your property will be sold or rented, nor within what time, nor at what price.
• We do not guarantee the performance of the recommended agency or consultant. Any contract you go on to enter is between you and that party; Entre Escolhas is not a party to it.
• Complaints about the service provided by the agency should be addressed to the agency.

For our own advice we are liable under the general law.

Availability of the site

We do what we can to keep the site available and correct, but we may take it down for maintenance or for technical reasons without prior notice. We do not guarantee that it is always free of errors.

Site content

The texts, images, logo and the Entre Escolhas brand belong to us or are used with permission. They may not be copied or reused without our written agreement.

Links to other sites

The site links to third-party sites. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The date at the top indicates the latest version, and the version published at the moment you use the site is the one that applies.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Portuguese law.

You can file a complaint in the electronic Complaints Book.

In a consumer dispute, you may turn to an alternative consumer dispute resolution body. The official list of bodies and their areas of competence is available on the Portuguese Consumer Portal.
